Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation, we cannot accept cash or check. In the event you need to cancel your reservation there is no cancellation penalty if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation or reduction in nights originally booked is made less than 7 days prior to arrival. Your remaining balance will be charged at time of check-out. No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reservation, and there is no refund on unused nights for early departures.

Note: we offer several different rate types, including non-refundable rates, and policies may vary. If booking online, please review policies carefully, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Room Rates

All room rates are, per night, and based on double (two persons) occupancy. Extra guests may be added to Queen rooms for an additional $20 per person, per night, regardless of age, with the exception of infants under 2 years old which carries no additional charge. All rooms are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%). King rooms cannot accommodate more than two (2) guests.

Arrivals

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Our front desk is open from 7am to 8pm, please contact Guest Services in advance if you require a late arrival after 8:00 PM.

Departures

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability.
